Admission Procedure
Welcome to Dr. Ravi Memorial International School! We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child’s education. The following is a step-by-step guide to our admission process for classes PG to V:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Play Group (PG): The child should be at least 2 years old by March 31 of the admission year.
- Nursery to Class V: The age requirement varies based on the class. Detailed age criteria can be obtained from the school office or website.
Admission Inquiry:
Parents can make inquiries in the following ways:
- Visit the school’s administrative office.

- Submit an inquiry form on our official website.
Application Form:
- Collect the application form from the school office or download it from our website.
- Submit the duly filled form along with the required documents:
- Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)
- Passport-sized photographs (3 copies
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card of the child (Photocopy)
- Previous School Report Card (for Classes I to V)
Interaction and Assessment:
- Collect the application form from the school office or download it from our website.
- Submit the duly filled form along with the required documents:
- Play Group & Nursery : A friendly interaction with the child and parents to understand the child’s readiness for school.
- Classes I to V : A basic assessment in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness to evaluate the child’s academic level.
Confirmation of Admission:
- Based on the interaction/assessment, selected candidates will be notified via phone call or email.
- Parents are required to confirm the admission by paying the admission fee within the stipulated time.
Fee Payment:
- The fee structure will be provided during the inquiry process.
- Admission is confirmed only after the payment of the admission fee and submission of all required documents.
Orientation Program:
Once admission is confirmed, parents and students will be invited to an orientation session where they will be briefed about the school’s policies, curriculum, and daily routines.
